PICTURE QUALITY / THE PRACTICAL GUIDE
A clearer picture
starts with the source.
4K IPTV depends on more than a plan name. The source, your player, screen and connection all affect what you actually see.
Not every channel is 4K
A catalog can contain a mix of SD, HD, Full HD and higher-resolution sources. A television may upscale a lower-resolution picture, but that does not turn it into a native 4K source. Ask about the specific channels you want to watch.
What the Premium plan means
Premium is advertised with 4K and 8K content where available. That is not a promise that every program, channel or device supports either resolution. Use the trial to check current availability and playback on your own setup.
Check the whole playback chain
- Source: confirm the stream’s available quality, not only the channel’s name.
- Player and device: check whether they support the source format and output resolution.
- Display: check your TV’s native resolution and the device’s selected output mode.
- Connection: test under normal household use. Other downloads and weak Wi-Fi can affect stability.
What to test during your trial
Watch long enough to see whether playback stays stable. Try more than one source, compare live and on-demand content, and test at the time of day you usually watch. If a lower-resolution stream works and a higher-resolution stream does not, record that difference for support.
Quality or buffering issue?
A soft picture and interrupted playback are different symptoms. Tell support whether the image is consistently low-resolution, pauses intermittently, or fails to open. That helps distinguish the source from the device or network.
