The player and subscription are separate

Installing a player does not create a BuyIPTV account or include our channel catalog. You need an active trial or subscription and the matching login information. App versions and menu labels differ; check compatibility with support before installing.

When you receive a server URL and login

If your version offers an Xtream Codes or account-login option, use it for the server address, username and password supplied together. Give the connection a name you recognize. Copy each value into its own field and remove accidental spaces at the beginning or end.

When you receive a playlist URL

If your player offers an M3U URL or playlist option, use the complete playlist address supplied by support. Do not split the URL into separate fields or remove its parameters. A playlist address can contain your login information, so do not post it in screenshots or public messages.

After signing in

Allow the catalog to finish loading. Open a live channel and an on-demand title. If the program guide is empty, ask whether a separate EPG address is needed for your account and player version.

Common login mistakes

• Using an email address where the service username is required.
• Adding extra spaces when copying the password.
• Changing the protocol or port in the server address.
• Using a playlist URL in the server URL field.
• Trying to use a trial after its expiration.

If the login still fails, send support the player name, version, device and exact error message. Do not send account credentials in a public post.
