Samsung TVs

Find your TV’s model number and software version, then use its Apps section to look for the recommended player. Availability varies by model and region. A player available on Android is not necessarily available on Samsung’s TV platform.

LG TVs

Check the model and webOS version, then search the TV’s app store for a compatible player. Confirm the login method and any app activation requirements before buying. If the app asks for a device identifier, use only the process confirmed for that specific player.

Android TV and Google TV

Check the app store on the television itself. Do not assume an app listed for an Android phone is also supported on a TV. Choose a player that supports your supplied account format and remote-control navigation.

Your first playback check

1. Connect the TV to your normal network.
2. Install the compatible player and complete any separate app activation.
3. Add your service login details exactly as supplied.
4. Wait for the catalog to load, then test live TV and on-demand playback.

No compatible app on your TV?

Ask support about a compatible external streaming device before making a purchase. A television’s ability to display 4K is separate from its ability to run a particular player.
