Get ready to watch
on Firestick.
Start by checking your exact Fire TV model. A guide for a different model may describe apps or installation methods that do not apply to yours.
1. Identify your Fire TV
Open the device information in Settings and note the model and software version. Send these to support if you are unsure about compatible players. Do not assume every Fire TV device runs the same software or supports the same apps.
2. Choose an available player
Search your Fire TV app store for the player confirmed by support. Check the developer name, supported login format and any separate app fee. If the app is unavailable on your model, ask for a compatible alternative before paying for the service.

3. Add your service account
Open the player and use the account method supplied by support. Enter the server URL, username and password in their respective fields, or add the full playlist URL when that is the format provided. Do not use your Amazon account password as your IPTV password.
4. Test before you settle in
Try several live channels, an on-demand title and the remote controls. Check audio and subtitles where available. If playback stops, note whether it happens on one channel or all channels before contacting support.
What if my app is missing?
App availability depends on your device and region. There is no universal installer for every Fire TV. Send your model to support for a compatibility check instead of following instructions for an unrelated model.
